Day Nursery School Registration

Our nursery school registration form is purposefully comprehensive, covering off all aspects of your child's developmental and welfare needs so that our staff teams can more rapidly assimilate their routines into the school's systems and procedural framework. We appreciate that it may appear long but we have a statutory duty via our regulators in Ofsted to ensure that we are securing, at the very least, the information contained within this document so please do bear with us, we will try to make it as painless as possible!
