Kristina Preidyte, Area Manager
Kristina has worked in the Early Years Sector for the last 8 years and now brings her wealth of experience and passion to Hatching Dragons. Trilingual herself, she understands fully the benefits of bilingual education. Her biggest hope is to help children foster an appreciation of our world and her secret talent is her incredible baking skills.Kristina graduated from Arts Academy with an Award and has experience supporting and working with families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Kristina holds an Enhanced DBS Check, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Health and Safety Officer.
Sadia Begum, Deputy Manager
Sadia has been with Hatching Dragons for almost 7 years. Having started as an apprentice at our first school in the Barbican, she has graduated and matured to become one of the leading educators in our preschool division, delivering astounding arts classes and phonics programmes to foster school preparedness in our children. She is Level 3 Childcare Qualified. Sadia holds a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and a Level 2 in Safeguarding. Sadia has an Enhanced DBS check.

Xiaoxi, Chinese Teacher/Third in Charge
A seasoned early years educator with a teaching degree from the USA, Xiaoxi brings with her a wealth of kindergarten experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, developing engaging strategies to embed language acquisition through music, dance, song and the arts. She works as the third in charge and room leader in our preschool room. She also evaluates our children's Chinese language progression. Xiaoxi holds a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and a Level 2 in Safeguarding. Xiaoxi has an Enhanced DBS check.

Catherine, Room Leader
Catherine holds a BA in Early Childhood Development and has over 15 years of working in British international schools overseas in primary and early years / nursery education. She specialises in baby led practice, working with children under the age of 2 in fostering their development specifically around communication and language, and PSED. Catherine holds a Enhanced Overseas DBS Check.

Joy, Qualified Early Years Educator
Joy has spent the last 6 years working in the Education Sector, she has a range of experience working overseas and within the Early Years and Primary school sector. Joy hold a Master in Education and is a Chinese Qualified Teacher. Joy chose to working with children as she has enjoys seeing the children progress. She enjoys creating Chinese culture related activities and engaging with the children.Joy enjoys playing the piano, guitar and singing.Joy holds an Enhanced DBS Check and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
Sadaf, Early Years Assistant
Sadaf joined the schools as an Early Years Assistant in 2022, she works part time to support the teams with the children daily routines whilst studying for her Nursing Degree at Kings College. Sadaf holds a Level 2 in Safeguarding. She also has an Enhanced DBS check.
Mozghan, Early Years Assistant
Mozghan has recently joined the team on a part-time basis. Mozghan started her career working with children as a childminder, she then started working with agencies before joining our team. Mozghan wanted to work with children as she is a mother herself and wanted to continue to support young children's development and growth. Mozghan holds an Enhanced DBS Check.
