Nursery Packages
The days per week can be used in half sessions, i.e. 3 days per week can be adapted to 4 half days and 1 full day of daycare.
Payments
- All Invoice payments are required to be made monthly in advance.
- Fees are due on the first day of each month.
- Any outstanding invoices still outstanding by the 2nd Monday of each month will result in the placement being suspended and the recovery process initiated. Whilst place is suspended parents are still required to pay for their children’s place.
- For immediate starts, the initial payment will be equivalent to 2 monthly fees: 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance. Else, only the deposit will be charged after signing the contract. The deposit will be refunded once the child has left the nursery.
- Monthly payments are made via an automatic charge to a credit or debit card.

Registration Fee
The Registration Fee is not refundable in any case.
Discounts And Funding Options
- The Sibling Discount is only applicable as long as both children are in the setting.
- The Referral Discount is 5% for every family you recommend who joins the community, uncapped by families running for 6 months for each referral.
- Advanced payments are non-refundable.
- The 15 hours funding is universally applied for 3-4 year olds.
- Eligibility criteria apply for the 30 hours funding for 3-4 year olds and the 15 hours funding for 2 year olds.
- Local Authority Funding is applied for 38 weeks per year. The subsidies are spread for you across the entire year.
