Our Funding Registration Form is designed to collect the necessary information for your child to access funded childcare hours at our nursery.

Please note that this form is not an application for funding. If you have not yet obtained your funding code, you will need to apply for this first via the government website (e.g. beststartinlife.gov.uk). Once you have received your code, you can then complete this form to register your child to use their funded hours with us.

We understand that the form may feel detailed, but this ensures we meet our statutory requirements and can correctly apply your funding from the start. Our aim is to make the process as smooth and accurate as possible for you and your child.
