Kristina (2)Kristina Preidyte, Area Manager

Kristina has worked in the Early Years Sector for the last 8 years and now brings her wealth of experience and passion to Hatching Dragons. Trilingual herself, she understands fully the benefits of bilingual education. Her biggest hope is to help children foster an appreciation of our world and her secret talent is her incredible baking skills. Kristina also graduated from Arts Academy with an Award and has experience supporting and working with families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Kristina holds an Enhanced DBS Check, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Health and Safety Officer

 

Roli

Roli, Deputy Manager
Roli holds a Diploma in Montessori Teaching practice and has spent the last 3 years working with children from the age of 6 months - 6 years old. Roli is originally from Nigeria and enjoys seeing babies develop through the use of  Montessori. Roli holds an Enhanced DBS.

Delphine
Delphine, Early Years Educator
Delphine holds a Diploma in Montessori Teaching practice and has  spent the last 4 years working as a  French Teacher with children from 6 months to 6 years. Delphine enjoys seeing children develop and express their true selves. Delphine enjoys going to the movies, swimming, creative writing, scrabble, running, karaoke and spending time with her loved ones. Delphine holds an Enhanced DBS.

 

Demi Fayese 3



Demi, Apprentice

Demi is an Apprentice who recently joined our team in Canada Water. Demi is pursuing her certification in Level 3 Early Years Education. In her spare time, Demi likes to travel and spend quality time with her family and loved ones. Demi is certified in Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and has an enhanced DBS check.

 

Liana Antwi-Adjei



Liana, Apprentice
Liana is currently working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator degree after joining our team in Canada Water as an apprentice. She is eager to learn new skills and apply them in practice. In her free time, Liana enjoys spending time with her loved ones and travelling. Liana holds a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate and has undergone an Enhanced DBS Check.

 

Ruoxuan Wang

 
Ruoxuan, Early Years Assistant

Ruoxuan recently joined our Canada water team as a Chinese Teacher Assistant. She has a Masters Degree in Management and is pursuing her Certification in Level 3 Early Years Education. She likes sewing and planting in her spare time. Ruoxuan is certified in Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and has an enhanced DBS check.

 

Mosghan

 
Mozghan, Apprentice

Mozghan has recently joined the team on a part time basis. Mozghan started her career working with children as a childminder, she then starting working with agencies before joining our team. Mozghan  wanted to work with children as she is a  mother herself and wanted to continue to support young  children's development and growth. Mozghan holds an Enhanced DBS Check.

Danrui Zhao

Danrui, Early Years Assistant

Danrui has recently joined our team in Canada Water as a Chinese Teacher. She holds a Master’s in Education and is a qualified Chinese teacher. Danrui has expressed her passion for working with children, as she finds joy in witnessing their progress. She takes pleasure in creating culturally enriching activities and engaging with the children. In her leisure time, Danrui enjoys playing the piano and singing. Additionally, she holds an Enhanced DBS Check and a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

 

 

Tasnim Syeda


Tasnim, Apprentice

Tasnim  has joined our team in Canada Water as an Apprentice. Tasnim is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant. Tasnim enjoys reading books in her spare time and spending her time with her loved ones. Tasnim holds an Enhanced DBS Check and  Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Zainab Elmi-1

Zainab, Apprentice

Zainab joined our team in Canada Water as an Apprentice and is currently studying for a  Level 3 Early Years Educator. Zainab holds a Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and social care. From a young age, Zainab wanted to work with children and was inspired by looking after her baby sister. Zainab spends her time reading new books, going for long walks and enjoys cooking. Zainab holds an Enhanced DBS Check and  Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
