When considering new sites for development, we prioritise locations that align with our mission to foster inclusive and dynamic learning environments. Our ideal sites are situated in diverse communities across the more affluent neighbourhoods of London with high concentrations of 0-5 year old children and households with relatively high levels of net disposable income. Propco-Opco Structures
And increasingly we're talking to large scale Property Funds about the assets they have that are difficult to re-let as offices post 2030. Repurposing strategies that focus on amenity provision for surrounding offices make for an interesting new asset class that can drive value onto Balance Sheets where toxic or redundant assets would have otherwise remained. We set up Propco-Opco models between us, as the operator, and the landlord to take a mutual long-term stake in seeing a workplace nursery appear onsite to benefit the workers of the mixed-use development
