Please use this form to formally notify the nursery of your intention to withdraw your child permanently from our care.
Important:
- You are required to give a minimum of 30 days notice, as per your Parent Contract.
- Your final fee payment will be calculated up to the confirmed departure date.
- Your child's place is only considered formally withdrawn once you receive a final Email Confirmation from the office stating the confirmed leaving date.
Do not use this form for short-term holiday absences or temporary leaves.
