Use this form to request extra nursery sessions (a day, half-day, or extended time) that are outside of your child's current contracted hours.

Important:

• All ad hoc requests are strictly subject to room capacity, staffing levels, and Nursery Manager approval.
• We recommend submitting your request as far in advance as possible.
• If approved, you will be sent a payment link that needs to be paid before we can book the session in.
• Do not use this form to permanently change your child's hours. Please use the Change of Hours Request form for contract amendments.
