Our Local Nursery Area
Again, people may ask why are we opening up in Westminster? And again, we’ll say that the richness of our area will seriously strengthen how your children will come to understand the world. How many nurseries can boast the river; the Palace of Westminster and its Houses of Commons and Lords; Tate Britain for the Arts and more on its doorstep? Few, to say the least. We do. And whilst we’ll be taking them to the wonderful parks along the embankment and seeing the wider world on our general day to day, being close to landmarks of significance help us frame understanding of why we are where we are…
Our Westminster Nursery Family
We send our regular monthly newsletters filled to the brim with easy, downloadable and easy to grasp educational materials that even hold links to online pronunciation support if you’d like to continue learning (yourself or with baby) at home. We’re here to help. So please do come and see us, book a visit and/or just drop us a line on 020 3912 2902 or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
"It's a happy, engaging, exciting environment for children to learn in, and the staff use their imagination to make sure the activities are varied and take inspiration from the cultural events of the day."
"My husband and I have been very happy with the extent our daughter has progressed since joining Hatching Dragons. The staff is excellent and the care provided is exceptional."
"We feel that they are not only taking care of our child but also showing a real interest in her development and well-being. They have a well planned set of activities each month and they surprise us with new and creative ones every day. They find a way to make the educational activities fun for the kids."
Our nurseries regularly host free community events and outreach programmes for local families to come and join the fun to see what the children have been getting up to. From Chinese New Year to Halloween and regular shadow puppetry and mandarin music playgroups, there’s something for everyone. Please see our event page to browse events and make a booking.

Find us on…
Victoria has over eight years experience of working in Childcare settings throughout North London. She is DSO Level 5 trained in safeguarding and ran a start up nursery in London’s leafy Tufnell Park for over two and half years before joining the team at Hatching Dragons. She led the ECAT (Every Child A Talker) project in Islington and built her provision into a full nursery community within 12 months through her go getter attitude to flyering and hosting of community events. Victoria enjoys travelling, pilates and massage therapy, so expect some baby massage classes popping up in our calendar.
Baby Room Lead & Third in Charge
With almost 15 years experience working in childcare settings throughout London, Sunita has risen through the ranks to be the lead practitioner for babies at London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) nurseries for many years. Working throughout the borough of Westminster, she was Duty Manager for their Regents Park branch, coordinating all pre-2 yr old provision.
Chinese Practitioner & Music Lead
A piano and music teacher since 2011 in both China and the UK, Rachel (Hui) has taught children of all ages in fun and creative ways. She is first and foremost a music practitioner and will be responsible for devising and developing the music programme at the setting in line with our pedagogy and works with the Chinese team in implementing Mandarin through music.
