What do I do if I'm concerned that my child hasn’t settled in?
If you ever have a concern, please start by speaking with your child’s Key Person or the Nursery Manager — we’re always here to listen and help. If you feel that your concern hasn’t been fully resolved, you can contact our Complaints Team at complaints@hatching-dragons.com, or you may choose to make a formal complaint directly to Ofsted. We are committed to working with you to find a positive resolution.
