Accepting an offer and settling-in
The team at your chosen nursery will work with you to create a settling-in plan tailored to your child. A key part of this process is building a relationship with your child’s Key Person. Before your official start date, your child will be invited to attend the nursery for short visits, helping them become familiar with the environment and routines. During this time, the Key Person will get to know your child’s individual needs, preferences, and any medical or dietary requirements.
Your child’s Key Person will be your main point of contact once they start nursery and will keep you updated on their progress. After each settling-in session, you’ll receive feedback on what your child has enjoyed, the activities they’ve taken part in, and how they are adjusting. These updates will be shared with you through the Hatching Dragons eyParent App.
