Policy 1: EY Parent App Access & Profile Setup

This guide supports families with the activation, setup, and management of their EYParent app account and child profile, helping ensure smooth and secure communication with the nursery.

1. Setting Up Your EYParent Account

Once your child has been registered at the nursery, you will receive an activation email. Follow the steps below:

  • Tap “Activate my account” in the email.

  • Enter your email, verification code, and child’s date of birth.

  • Set a secure password and log in.

2. Installing or Updating the EYParent App

  • Download the EYParent app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  • Log in using your registered email and password.

  • If prompted to update, accept the update or manually reinstall from the app store.

3. Switching Between Children

If you have more than one child enrolled at the nursery:

  • Tap your child’s name at the top of the screen.

  • Choose from the list of enrolled children.

  • Tap Done to switch.

4. Updating Your Child’s Profile (My World)

While some registration fields are locked, you can update the “My World” section with key care details:

  • Tap Menu > Child Profile > My World

  • Add allergies, medical needs, sleep patterns, likes/dislikes

  • Upload supporting documents or images if requested
